Speed for Sport

For those already training but looking to level up their speed. This program includes:

  • The drive phase and acceleration

  • The development of top end speed

  • Understanding the physical attributes required

  • Identification of development needs

  • Tailored ongoing training available


 For those engaged in sport and want to sharpen their speed and power capabilities., this program is designed to educate and empower the athlete and spark their next phase of development.

This program caters for all field and court sports and includes:

  • Incorporating speed into your current sport or training program

  • Initial assessment and plan development

  • Understanding the physical attributes required for all aspects of acceleration and speed

  • Speed programs for middle distance running up to 5k Park Run  

  • Tailored ongoing training available


Pricing

Each program can be taken as

  • 6 sessions over the course of 6 weeks ($75) or

  • 10 sessions over 5 weeks ($100)

This cost effective pricing is designed to remove barriers to these entry level programs
