This program caters for all field and court sports and includes:
Incorporating speed into your current sport or training program
Initial assessment and plan development
Understanding the physical attributes required for all aspects of acceleration and speed
Speed programs for middle distance running up to 5k Park Run
Tailored ongoing training available

Each program can be taken as
6 sessions over the course of 6 weeks ($75) or
10 sessions over 5 weeks ($100)
